Privacy policy

Local play and online data

No sign-up, email or password is required. Levels, words found, coins, XP, hints and settings are saved locally. Normal levels and definitions work offline. All players start locally. Children and players whose age has not been checked do not initialize Firebase or send gameplay profiles. Adults aged 18+ may explicitly opt in to online rankings after a local age check. Firebase creates an anonymous authentication ID only for that adult feature.

For adults who opt in only, we process that ID, your selected preset nickname, completed levels and scores, daily puzzle answers and extras, hints used, UTC completion dates and streaks to operate rankings, validate results and rewards, and prevent abuse. Technical service/security data can include device/OS/app version, network addresses in service logs, and app/device attestation tokens through Firebase App Check, Play Integrity or App Attest. We do not use Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.

Public rankings and processors

Your preset nickname, scores and level count appear on the global leaderboard; nicknames and daily results appear on daily leaderboards. Choose a preset nickname; no free-text player names are accepted. There is no player messaging. Google Firebase provides authentication, Firestore storage, Cloud Functions and security checks, and may process data internationally. See Firebase privacy information and Google’s privacy policy.

From version 1.2.0, locally age-verified adults (18+) may receive non-personalized Google AdMob ads at completed-stage transitions and may voluntarily watch rewarded ads for 50 in-game coins. Coins cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. We do not request ads for children or players of unknown age, and do not initialize the ad service for them at app startup. Adult advertising and optional online rankings are separate features. Google may process network addresses (including inferred approximate location), device/app information and technical identifiers, diagnostics, performance and ad interaction data to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. We do not send AdMob birth dates, player nicknames, word answers or Firebase profile IDs. We do not request cross-app tracking permission or advertising ID access. Google UMP obtains applicable regional privacy choices before ad requests; Settings provides the required advertising privacy-options entry point. Adults can disable ads using the «إعلانات البالغين» (Adult ads) switch independently of rankings, or return to local child play. A prior leaderboard opt-in does not enable advertising: an advertising disclosure must be accepted separately. These choices stop future ad requests; a request begun in adult mode may finish. Google retains advertising records under its own policies; deleting local progress does not delete independently held Google records. See Google’s use of information from partner apps.

Retention, choices and deletion

Local progress remains until it is deleted or the app is removed. Online game records remain until you request deletion. Settings → «حذف بياناتي» (Delete my data) removes your anonymous Auth identity, private game records, global/daily leaderboard entries and local progress. Internet is required for online deletion. After deletion, online features stay off until you explicitly enable them.

A temporary security hash with no nickname or game history blocks old requests from recreating records and is removed by routine cleanup. Providers may retain security logs/backups under their policies and legal obligations. Disabling online features stops future requests; an already-started request can finish. Disabling alone does not delete existing records. Use the external deletion page if you cannot access the app.

Support, security and children

If you email support, we process your email and message to handle your request. Game data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted with authentication and database rules. We do not request payment details, precise location, contacts or photos. The game is for all ages, including under 6; young children may need reading help. Children’s levels, daily puzzles and rewards remain local. The birth date is neither saved nor transmitted; only the privacy category and consent are saved on the device. Past local gameplay is never uploaded when adult rankings are enabled later. Parents can contact us about a child’s personal data. Changes to this policy will be posted here with a revised effective date.
